These terms (“Journey Tool Terms”) govern your use of the Quro Collective journey concept builder tool (“Tool”), which allows you to explore hypothetical journey ideas by nominating a creator, destination, and travel preferences. By submitting information through the Tool, you agree to these Journey Tool Terms.
These Journey Tool Terms form part of Quro Collective’s broader legal framework. Your use of the Quro website is also subject to our General Site Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at qurocollective.com/legal/privacy.
A. Hypothetical content
The Tool generates AI-assisted, illustrative travel concepts based on the information you provide. All itineraries, destinations, day plans, pricing indications, accommodation suggestions, and “impossible moments” shown are hypothetical and for exploratory purposes only.
Nothing presented by the Tool constitutes:
• a confirmed booking or reservation of any kind;
• a commercial offer or binding agreement;
• a guarantee that any journey concept shown can or will be offered, fulfilled, or priced as described; or
• an endorsement or recommendation of any specific supplier, property, or experience.
Journey concepts generated by the Tool are illustrative starting points. All actual journey details, inclusions, pricing, and availability are determined by Quro Collective and its partners at the time a journey is formally developed and offered. Quro Collective makes no warranty that any concept shown through the Tool will be offered as a commercial journey.
B. Creator nominations and affiliations
Creators whose names, handles, or profiles appear in or are nominated through the Tool are not affiliated with, endorsing, or in any commercial arrangement with Quro Collective unless explicitly stated in a separate public announcement by Quro Collective.
The appearance of a creator’s name or handle in the Tool does not imply their knowledge of, consent to, or participation in any journey product. Quro Collective will seek explicit consent from any creator before entering into a commercial arrangement with them.
You must not use the Tool to speculate about or make representations to third parties concerning any creator’s involvement with Quro Collective unless that involvement has been publicly confirmed by Quro Collective.
C. Data collection and use
Information you submit through the journey concept form — including your name, email address, nominated creator, and destination preference — is collected by Quro Collective Pty Ltd and used to inform Quro’s creator partnership development and product planning.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at qurocollective.com/legal/privacy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In summary:
• Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• By submitting the form, you consent to Quro Collective contacting you about relevant journeys or product updates.
• You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@qurocollective.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication from us.
D. No obligation to proceed
Use of the Tool does not create any obligation on Quro Collective to develop, offer, or operate any journey, or to enter into any arrangement with you or with any creator you nominate. Quro Collective reserves full discretion over which journey concepts it pursues and which creator partnerships it forms.
E. Governing law and updates
These Journey Tool Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Tool are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Nothing in this clause prevents you from lodging a complaint with a relevant consumer protection authority.
Quro Collective may update these Journey Tool Terms from time to time. Updates will be published at qurocollective.com/legal/journey-tool-terms and take effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of the Tool following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
