Quro Collective Pty Ltd ACN 692 832 885 — Effective Date: 1 June 2026

These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made with Quro Collective Pty Ltd ACN 692 832 885, trading as Quro Collective.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms:

ACL means the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Booking Confirmation means the written confirmation issued by Quro confirming your booking.

Force Majeure Event has the meaning given in clause 14.

Guest, you or your means the person making the booking and each person included in the booking.

Journey means the specific creator-hosted, small-group, land-only travel package operated by Quro, as described in your Booking Confirmation and the relevant journey listing on our Website. A Journey excludes flights and any independent travel arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise.

**Journey-Specific Terms** means any journey-specific fine print, payment terms, deposit details, cancellation terms, minimum numbers, age requirements, insurance requirements, inclusions, exclusions or other conditions disclosed on the relevant journey listing, checkout page, Booking Confirmation or pre-departure materials.

Journey-Specific Terms will be disclosed to you before you complete your booking, including on the relevant journey listing, checkout page or Booking Confirmation. By completing your booking, you agree to the Journey-Specific Terms that apply to that Journey.

Quro, we, us or our means Quro Collective Pty Ltd ACN 692 832 885, trading as Quro Collective.

Website means qurocollective.com.

References to including mean including without limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the ACL or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Journey-Specific Terms for a particular Journey, the Journey-Specific Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. About Quro and the Journeys

Quro is an Australian-registered tour operator that designs and operates creator-hosted, small-group journeys. Quro acts as the merchant of record for bookings made with us. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Journeys are land-only packages and do not include international or domestic flights.

Quro may arrange transport, transfers, accommodation, activities or other inclusions that form part of the Journey itself. Quro does not arrange your international or domestic flights, or any pre-Journey or post-Journey travel arrangements, unless expressly stated otherwise. Where Quro refers you to a preferred travel agency or third-party provider for flights or other independent travel arrangements, that referral is provided for convenience only. Any booking made with that provider is a separate arrangement between you and the provider.

Journey listings and promotional material are provided for information and discovery purposes only and constitute an invitation to treat. They are not a binding offer by Quro to supply a Journey.

3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 How to Book

Bookings may be made through the Website or by contacting Quro directly. A booking request is not accepted until Quro issues a Booking Confirmation.

3.2 Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed between you and Quro when: (a) you submit a completed booking request; (b) Quro receives the required deposit or payment; and (c) Quro issues a Booking Confirmation. Quro may decline a booking request where it is reasonable to do so, including for operational, safety, legal, regulatory, availability, compliance or risk-management reasons.

3.3 Lead Guest

The lead guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age. By making a booking, the lead guest warrants that they are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of all guests included in the booking.

3.4 Guest Information

You must provide complete and accurate information for each guest, including: (a) full legal name as it appears on the guest’s passport; (b) date of birth; (c) nationality; (d) contact details; (e) passport and visa information, where required; (f) dietary requirements; (g) relevant medical conditions, mobility restrictions or special requirements; and (h) emergency contact details.

If information supplied by you is incomplete, inaccurate or late, this may result in additional costs, denied boarding, denied entry, refusal of service, amendment fees or cancellation. You are responsible for costs or consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information supplied by you, except to the extent caused by Quro’s act or omission or as otherwise required by law.

4. Price and Payment
4.1 Journey Price

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the room type, occupancy, inclusions and departure selected at the time of booking. Any mandatory government taxes, charges or levies will be identified where applicable.

4.2 Inclusions

The inclusions for each Journey are set out in the relevant journey listing and your Booking Confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Journey price may include: (a) accommodation; (b) meals specified in the itinerary; (c) included activities and experiences; (d) ground transportation specified in the itinerary; and (e) services of local guides, tour leaders or hosts, as specified.

4.3 Exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Journey price does not include: (a) international or domestic flights; (b) travel insurance; (c) passport, visa, entry permit or transit visa costs; (d) vaccinations, health certificates or medical costs; (e) meals not specified in the itinerary; (f) optional activities or excursions; (g) personal expenses, including laundry, telephone, minibar and room service; (h) tips and gratuities, unless stated as included; (i) excess baggage fees; (j) pre-Journey or post-Journey accommodation, transfers or other independent travel arrangements, unless expressly stated as included; or (k) any item not expressly listed as included.

4.4 Deposit

The deposit amount payable for each Journey will be disclosed on the relevant checkout page before you make a purchase. The deposit secures your place on the Journey and allows Quro to commit to planning, administration, supplier arrangements and inventory allocation.

Subject to your rights under the ACL, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. The parties acknowledge that this amount is a genuine and reasonable estimate of Quro’s likely loss, administrative costs, supplier commitments and lost opportunity to resell your place.

4.5 Final Payment

The balance of the Journey price is due by the final payment date disclosed on the relevant checkout page, Journey-Specific Terms or Booking Confirmation. If you book after the final payment date for a Journey, the full Journey price is payable at the time of booking, unless Quro agrees otherwise in writing.

If final payment is not received by the due date, Quro may treat the booking as cancelled by you after giving reasonable written notice and an opportunity to remedy the non-payment within the period stated in the notice.

4.6 Payment Methods

Quro accepts payment by credit card, debit card and direct bank transfer. Any card surcharge will be disclosed before payment and will not exceed Quro’s cost of acceptance. If you dispute, reverse or charge back a payment without first contacting Quro to resolve the issue, Quro may treat any unpaid amount as outstanding and may suspend or cancel your booking, subject to your rights under the ACL and any other applicable law.

4.7 Price Changes Before Confirmation

Quro may correct or change prices before a Booking Confirmation is issued.

4.8 Price Guarantee After Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, the Journey price will not be increased except where: (a) a government tax, levy or charge is imposed or increased after confirmation; or (b) an obvious pricing error applies under clause 4.9. Any increase under this clause will be limited to the amount of the increased tax, levy or charge.

4.9 Pricing Errors

Quro takes reasonable care to ensure pricing information is accurate. If an obvious pricing error affects your booking, Quro will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. You may then choose to: (a) proceed at the corrected price; or (b) cancel your booking and receive a full refund of amounts paid to Quro for that Journey.

5. Cancellation by You
5.1 How to Cancel

You must notify Quro of cancellation in writing at hello@qurocollective.com. Cancellation is effective on the date Quro receives your written cancellation notice.

5.2 Cancellation Charges

Subject to your rights under the ACL and unless the Journey-Specific Terms state otherwise, the following cancellation charges apply, calculated from the date Quro receives your written cancellation notice: (a) cancellation 100 or more days before departure: the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable; (b) cancellation 75 to 99 days before departure: 50% of the total Journey price is forfeited and non-refundable; (c) cancellation 61 to 74 days before departure: 75% of the total Journey price is forfeited and non-refundable; and (d) cancellation 60 or fewer days before departure: 100% of the total Journey price is forfeited and non-refundable.

These charges reflect Quro’s reasonable estimate of losses that may arise from cancellation, including unrecoverable supplier costs, administrative costs, planning costs, inventory allocation and reduced ability to resell places close to departure. Quro will not charge cancellation fees to the extent prohibited by law.

Quro may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, credit or other arrangement in a particular case. Any discretionary refund, credit or other arrangement does not oblige Quro to offer the same or similar arrangement in any other case.

5.3 Partial Cancellation

If one or more guests in a booking cancel and other guests proceed, Quro may recalculate the booking based on the remaining guests. This may result in additional charges, including single supplement charges. Cancellation charges apply to the guest or guests who cancel.

5.4 No-Show

If you fail to arrive at the designated departure point, or cannot participate because you do not hold required travel documents, visas, permits, vaccinations, travel insurance or an approved insurance waiver, you will be treated as having cancelled 60 or fewer days before departure. Subject to your rights under the ACL, no refund will be payable in those circumstances.

5.5 Travel Insurance

Quro strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance is mandatory under clause 9 unless Quro has approved an insurance waiver for you in writing.

6. Changes by You

If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, you must contact Quro in writing. Amendments may include name changes, date changes, rooming changes or other booking changes.

Amendments are subject to: (a) availability; (b) supplier conditions; (c) fare or price differences; (d) operational feasibility; (e) Quro’s reasonable approval; and (f) payment of applicable costs. An administration fee of $150 per amendment may apply.

If a requested amendment cannot reasonably be accommodated, the request may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, in which case clause 5 applies.

7. Changes by Quro
7.1 Minor Changes

Quro may make minor changes to an itinerary, accommodation, transport, inclusions or services where reasonably necessary. Minor changes include: (a) substituting accommodation with accommodation of a similar or higher standard; (b) changing the order of activities; (c) substituting an included meal or experience with a comparable alternative; (d) changing local guides, transport providers or suppliers; or (e) making adjustments for weather, local conditions, safety, availability or operational reasons.

Minor changes do not entitle you to cancel or receive a refund, unless required by law.

7.2 Significant Changes

A significant change is a change that materially affects the overall nature or value of the Journey. If Quro makes a significant change before departure, Quro will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer you the choice of: (a) accepting the amended Journey; (b) transferring to an alternative Journey of comparable value, subject to availability; or (c) cancelling your booking and receiving a refund of amounts paid to Quro for the affected Journey.

7.3 Host Withdrawal

If the designated Journey host is unable to participate, this will be treated as a significant change. Quro may offer an alternative host or journey leader of comparable experience or profile where reasonably practicable.

If you choose to proceed with an alternative host, you will not be entitled to a further refund or claim solely because of the host change, subject to your rights under the ACL.

8. Cancellation by Quro
8.1 Right to Cancel

Quro may cancel a Journey where reasonably necessary, including because of: (a) insufficient guest numbers; (b) safety or security concerns; (c) supplier failure or unavailability; (d) legal, regulatory or government requirements; (e) Force Majeure Events; (f) host withdrawal where no suitable alternative can be arranged; or (g) operational reasons beyond Quro’s reasonable control.

8.2 Minimum Numbers

Each Journey may require a minimum number of guests to operate. The applicable minimum number, if any, will be disclosed in the Journey-Specific Terms. If minimum numbers are not reached, Quro may cancel the departure up to 60 days before the scheduled departure date. If Quro cancels for minimum numbers, you will receive a refund of amounts paid to Quro for that Journey.

8.3 Refund on Cancellation by Quro

If Quro cancels a Journey other than because of your breach of these Terms, Quro will refund amounts paid to Quro for the affected Journey, subject to: (a) clause 14 for Force Majeure Events; and (b) your non-excludable rights under the ACL.

Quro is not responsible for independent costs you incur, including flights, accommodation, visas, vaccinations, insurance or other travel arrangements, except to the extent required by law or caused by Quro’s breach of a non-excludable obligation.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all Journeys unless Quro has approved an insurance waiver for you in writing. Your policy must cover, at a minimum: (a) cancellation and curtailment; (b) overseas medical and hospital expenses; (c) emergency evacuation and repatriation; (d) personal liability; (e) loss of luggage and personal effects; and (f) activities included in, or reasonably contemplated by, the Journey.

Quro may request evidence of adequate travel insurance before departure. If you fail to provide evidence of adequate insurance or an approved insurance waiver, Quro may refuse your participation. In that case, clause 5 applies, subject to your rights under the ACL. Insurance is arranged directly between you and your insurer. Quro is not responsible for the outcome of any insurance claim.

If Quro permits you to travel under an insurance waiver, you acknowledge that you may be personally responsible for costs, losses or expenses that would otherwise have been covered by travel insurance, including medical treatment, evacuation, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of personal effects. Any information Quro provides about travel insurance is general information only and does not constitute financial product advice. You are responsible for assessing whether any insurance policy is suitable for your circumstances.

10. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold: (a) a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond your return date, where applicable; (b) all required visas, permits and transit visas; (c) required vaccinations, health certificates or medical documents; and (d) any documents required by airlines, governments, border authorities or suppliers.

Quro may provide general information about entry requirements, but that information is a courtesy only and may not be current, complete or applicable to your circumstances. Quro is not responsible if you are denied boarding, entry or participation because you do not hold required documents, except to the extent caused by Quro’s failure to exercise due care and skill or as otherwise required by law.

11. Health, Fitness and Special Requirements
11.1 Fitness to Travel

Journeys may involve physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, carrying luggage and travelling in vehicles for extended periods. You are responsible for assessing your fitness and suitability for the Journey.

11.2 Medical Conditions and Special Requirements

You must disclose any medical condition, disability, mobility limitation, allergy, dietary requirement or other special requirement that may affect your participation or safety, or the safety of others. Quro may request further information or a medical assessment where reasonably necessary.

11.3 Changes in Health

If your health or fitness changes after booking in a way that may affect your participation, you must notify Quro as soon as reasonably practicable.

If Quro reasonably determines, after considering available information, that you cannot safely participate or require assistance that cannot reasonably be provided, Quro may decline or limit your participation. Clause 5 applies, subject to your rights under the ACL.

11.4 Special Requirements

Quro will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, mobility needs and other special requirements notified at the time of booking. Quro cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met in all destinations, particularly where local infrastructure or supplier capacity is limited.

11.5 Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 12 years old at the date of departure unless a different age requirement is stated in the Journey listing. Minors are only permitted on selected Journeys, as stated in the Journey-Specific Terms.

Guests aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also booked on the same Journey. Where a guest is under 18, Quro may require a parent or legal guardian to complete a separate consent form or other documentation before departure. The parent or legal guardian accompanying a guest under 18 is responsible for supervising that guest and ensuring that the guest complies with these Terms, all safety directions and all Journey requirements.

11.6 Guest Profile

Before departure, each guest may be required to complete a traveller profile, including relevant personal, medical, dietary and emergency contact information. Guest profile information, passport details, medical information, dietary information, emergency contact details and supporting documents may be collected through Quro’s third-party traveller portal, including YouLi or any replacement platform used by Quro from time to time.

Your use of YouLi or any other third-party traveller portal may be subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. Failure to complete required information by the stated deadline may affect your ability to participate. If the failure materially affects Journey operations, Quro may decline participation, subject to your rights under the ACL.

11.7 Background and Safety Checks

Where reasonably necessary for safety, security or operational reasons, Quro may request that a guest provide a national police check or equivalent background check. Quro may request such checks at the request of a Journey host, or at Quro’s discretion where Quro considers it reasonably necessary for the security or wellbeing of the host, group, guests, suppliers or local communities.

Information from any check will be handled in accordance with Quro’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Quro will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify background check information within a reasonable period after the relevant Journey or decision process is complete.

If you refuse to provide a reasonably requested check, or the result raises a material safety or operational concern, Quro may refuse your participation. Clause 5 applies, subject to your rights under the ACL.

12. Guest Conduct

You must: (a) comply with reasonable directions given by Quro, hosts, guides and local partners; (b) comply with local laws, customs and cultural practices; (c) behave respectfully towards other guests, hosts, suppliers and local communities; (d) not endanger the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others; (e) not engage in unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or reckless conduct; and (f) not damage property or the environment.

Quro may remove you from an activity or terminate your participation in a Journey if, in Quro’s reasonable opinion, your conduct creates a safety risk, causes serious disruption, breaches these Terms or is likely to cause harm, distress or reputational damage.

If your participation is terminated under this clause, no refund is payable for unused services, subject to your rights under the ACL. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred because of your conduct, including accommodation, transport or onward travel costs.

13. Acceptance of Risk and Emergency Assistance

You acknowledge that travel may involve risks, including risks associated with: (a) remote or unfamiliar destinations; (b) limited infrastructure, medical facilities or emergency services; (c) local transport; (d) weather and environmental conditions; (e) wildlife; (f) unfamiliar food and water; (g) physical activity; (h) altitude, heat or terrain; and (i) delays, disruption or changes in local conditions. Some Journeys may include higher-risk or adventure activities. Where applicable, these activities will be described in the relevant Journey listing or pre-departure materials.

Quro will use due care and skill in planning and operating Journeys. However, some risks cannot be eliminated.

If you require emergency medical treatment and are unable to provide consent, you authorise Quro and its representatives to seek and arrange medical treatment or evacuation reasonably considered necessary. You agree to reimburse Quro for reasonable costs incurred in arranging emergency medical treatment or evacuation on your behalf, except to the extent caused by Quro’s breach of these Terms, negligence or breach of a non-excludable obligation.

14. Force Majeure

A Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance beyond Quro’s reasonable control, including: (a) natural disaster, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami, bushfire or severe weather; (b) epidemic, pandemic or public health emergency; (c) war, terrorism, civil unrest, political instability or sanctions; (d) government action, border closure, travel ban or quarantine requirement; (e) strike, industrial action or labour dispute not involving Quro’s employees; (f) failure or disruption of essential services, including power, water, telecommunications or transport; (g) supplier failure caused by circumstances beyond Quro’s reasonable control; or (h) any other event beyond Quro’s reasonable control.

If a Force Majeure Event affects a Journey, Quro may: (a) make reasonable alternative arrangements; (b) reschedule the Journey; (c) offer a credit; or (d) cancel the Journey.

If the Journey is cancelled because of a Force Majeure Event, Quro may deduct unrecoverable supplier costs and reasonable costs already incurred before providing a refund or credit, subject to your rights under the ACL.

15. Liability
15.1 Quro’s Responsibility

Quro accepts responsibility for the proper performance of the travel services included in your booking, subject to these Terms. Quro will exercise due care and skill in providing its services and in selecting and monitoring third-party suppliers.

15.2 Third-Party Suppliers

Quro may arrange services supplied by third parties, including hotels, transport operators, local guides, activity providers and restaurants. Quro is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers that are outside Quro’s reasonable control, except to the extent Quro failed to exercise due care and skill in selecting, arranging or monitoring those suppliers, or as otherwise required by law.

Some services, activities, accommodation, transport or experiences may be supplied by third-party providers and may be subject to that provider’s own terms, conditions, rules, waivers or safety requirements. You must comply with those requirements where they are reasonably notified to you.

15.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quro’s liability arising out of or in connection with a booking or Journey is limited to: (a) resupplying the relevant services; (b) paying the cost of resupplying the relevant services; or (c) the total Journey price paid by you to Quro for the affected Journey.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from death or personal injury caused by Quro’s negligence, reckless conduct, fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of non-excludable guarantees under the ACL.

15.4 Excluded Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quro is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or economic loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of profit or loss arising from independent travel arrangements, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

15.5 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the ACL or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

16. Recreational Services

Some activities included in or associated with a Journey may constitute recreational services within the meaning of section 139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

To the extent permitted by law, Quro excludes liability for death, physical injury, mental injury, or the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such injury, arising from the materialisation of an obvious risk of a recreational activity.

This exclusion does not apply to significant personal injury caused by reckless conduct by Quro, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL or applicable law. You may be required to sign additional waivers or acknowledgements for specific activities supplied by third-party providers. If you do not sign an activity-specific waiver required for an included or optional activity, you may be unable to participate in that activity.

17. Optional Activities

Optional activities, excursions or experiences may be offered or recommended during a Journey. Unless expressly included in your Booking Confirmation, optional activities are not included in the Journey price and do not form part of the services supplied by Quro.

If you choose to participate in an optional activity, your contract is with the third-party provider of that activity. Quro is not responsible for optional activities, except to the extent Quro has failed to exercise due care and skill in arranging them at your request, or as otherwise required by law.

18. Privacy

Quro collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Quro’s Privacy Policy is available at https://qurocollective.com/legal/privacy.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that Quro may collect and use personal information, including sensitive information such as health information, where reasonably necessary to process your booking, operate the Journey, manage safety, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations and provide emergency assistance.

Quro may disclose relevant information to suppliers, hosts, guides, insurers, emergency responders, professional advisers and overseas recipients where reasonably necessary for Journey delivery or safety. Quro may also disclose information to third-party technology providers used to manage bookings, traveller profiles, document uploads and Journey communications, including YouLi or any replacement traveller management platform used by Quro from time to time.

19. Images, Content and Marketing

Quro Journeys may be hosted by content creators who produce video, audio, photography and other media before, during and after the Journey. By participating in a Journey, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in group or background content.

Quro and the host will make reasonable efforts to accommodate written requests not to appear prominently in marketing or host-created content. You must notify Quro before departure if you do not wish to appear prominently in such content. Quro will seek separate consent before using your name, image or likeness in a prominent testimonial, close-up promotional feature or paid advertising campaign, except where you appear incidentally in group or background content.

Where required, Quro may ask you to complete a separate media release or consent form for close-up, prominent, testimonial, paid advertising or other specific marketing use. Where you create and publicly share content featuring a Journey, you grant Quro a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare or repost that public content for promotional purposes, with attribution where reasonably practicable.

20. Complaints and Disputes
20.1 During the Journey

If an issue arises during a Journey, you should raise it promptly with the host, local guide or the Quro contact notified to you in the Journey materials so that Quro has an opportunity to address it. Unless expressly stated in the Journey materials, Quro does not provide a 24/7 support line.

20.2 After the Journey

Formal complaints should be sent to hello@qurocollective.com within 30 days after your return. Quro will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

20.3 Dispute Resolution

If a complaint cannot be resolved, either party may refer the matter to a relevant consumer affairs body or other appropriate dispute resolution process. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a government regulator or consumer protection authority.

21. Indemnity

You indemnify Quro and its directors, officers, employees and agents against loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising directly from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your negligent, reckless or unlawful conduct; (c) your wilful misconduct; (d) damage caused by you to property; (e) your failure to comply with laws, health requirements or entry requirements; or (f) a third-party claim arising from your acts or omissions, except to the extent the loss is caused or contributed to by Quro or is not recoverable at law.

Where a guest is under 18, the parent or legal guardian who makes the booking gives this indemnity in respect of that guest’s participation, to the extent permitted by law.

22. Website and Intellectual Property

Use of the Website is governed by Quro’s General Site Terms available at qurocollective.com/legal/site-terms.

23. Communications and Marketing

Quro may send you administrative communications relating to your booking, including confirmations, updates, pre-departure information and safety notices.

Quro may also send promotional communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect administrative communications relating to your booking.

24. General
24.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the relevant journey listing, the Journey-Specific Terms and your Booking Confirmation form the entire agreement between you and Quro in relation to your booking.

24.2 Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in force.

24.3 Waiver

A failure or delay by Quro in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

24.4 Assignment

Quro may assign, transfer or novate its rights and obligations to a related body corporate or successor entity where this does not materially prejudice your rights. You may not assign your rights or obligations without Quro’s prior written consent.

24.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
