Most people watch the Italian Grand Prix from a screen. Some watch it from a grandstand. A handful of people in the world watch it from inside the story — from the moment the paddock gates open to the moment the tyres go cold and the Tifosi pour onto the circuit in the September sun.
Kym Illman has spent years living in the space between those two worlds. He's the photographer who turned up to a race and never left. Five principles that shape every departure we design
What's the deposit and payment structure?
A deposit of AUD $1,500 secures your spot. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Full payment details are provided on the booking platform.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 90 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days, 50% of the total fare is forfeited. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes — comprehensive travel insurance is required for all Quro departures. It must be arranged independently before the balance due date.
What level of fitness is required?
Moderate. Most days involve walking on city streets, standing at race venues, and light travel between locations. Contact us if you have specific mobility considerations.
Can I join as a solo traveller?
Yes. Single supplement pricing applies for private room accommodation — details are available on the booking platform.
